We will oversee your project from start to finish. Be it routine redecorations, internal remodelling, significant structural alterations or repairs. We will survey your property; agree a scope of works with you; produce a detailed specification and competitively tender your project. Once the project is on site we can offer weekly site meetings to monitor and report on progress. As well as provide experienced problem solving and cost saving solutions during the course of the project. We can review the contractor’s valuations, agree variations and certify payments for works completed.
We undertake project management for a range of managing agents, freehold companies, investment firms, loss adjusters, housing trusts and private individuals. We have developed long term relationships with many of our clients which sees us overseeing multiple major projects for them every year. We are routinely recommended to new clients for our pragmatic approach, problem solving ability and guarantee of good workmanship. We are happy to work with your preferred contractors or to introduce you to our own network of specialist contractors.
Residential projects have included re-roofing and redecoration to Victorian mansion blocks. Refurbishment of communal areas and high end apartments, replacement of services including passenger lifts.
Most buildings will require multiple remedial works in their lifetime. Why not appoint us as project managers and put all those concerns into our hands? We will carry out a full property survey and draw up a long-term maintenance plan detailing when further surveys or repair works are due. With this management plan, issues will be resolved early and some avoided entirely, saving you the cost of heavier repairs.
