Subsidence can wreck a building, and it can come completely out of nowhere. We will survey the damage inflicted so far, paying particular attention to any structural damage. Our subsidence experts can then examine the ground around and below your building, identifying and estimating the extent of any further risks. Our surveyors can then provide a detailed repair estimate for your insurers.
We are employed directly by Loss Adjusters on a repeat basis to investigate, specify, tender and oversee remedial works for subsidence, fire and water damage claims.
