We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor and Senior (Chartered) Building Surveyor to join our team. This is to help with our expanding client base and a wide range of forthcoming contract projects.

Based at our office in Twickenham your work will be principally located in central and greater London dealing mainly with a mix of high end residential and commercial properties. Please review our recent projects to appreciate the wide range of interesting projects and properties that you will be involved with. Subject to the successful candidate’s experience the role will include:

• Specification writing and contract administration
• Building pathology ranging from specific defect analysis through to estate wide condition reports
• Party wall services
• Production of maintenance plans and cost plans
• Fire reinstatement cost assessments
• Schedules of dilapidations
• Licences to alter
