The residents wished to remodel their ageing and uninspiring communal areas of this prestigious  residential tower overlooking the Thames. Smith Baxter were engaged to oversee the instruction of competing interior designers before specifying the chosen scheme and overseeing the remodelling works. Warrenne Way is a Grade II listed former Victorian school building which has been converted to residential units. The condition of the roof could not be fully assessed from ground level. Smith Baxter therefore utilised a drone survey to fully map the condition of the roof. Having produced a CAPEX plan with this information Smith Baxter have subsequently completed a programme of repair and redecoration works. Which came in on time and budget.

Consisting of a mix of converted former warehouses and later modern additions. Office block cut away from residential apartments in Grosvenor Square to allow new high rise residential with double basement.

Party wall services The adjacent buildings were cut away from our client’s mansion block to be replaced by a high rise residential build with multi level basement. This required the agreement of multiple Awards involving, agreement of method statements, temporary shoring, structural monitoring, ESCROW and checking engineer.
