The residents wished to remodel their ageing and uninspiring communal areas of this prestigious residential tower overlooking the Thames. Smith Baxter were engaged to oversee the instruction of competing interior designers before specifying the chosen scheme and overseeing the remodelling works. This involved altering the layout of the carpark basement approach by introducing an enlarged opening with concealed door as well as new oak & powder coated screens to the adjacent service areas. The ground floor entrance received new marble effect tiling and modern oak strip panelling. The remainder was recarpeted and decorated with a new paint scheme.
