Warrenne Way is a Grade II listed former Victorian school building which has been converted to residential units. The condition of the roof could not be fully assessed from ground level. Smith Baxter therefore utilised a drone survey to fully map the condition of the roof. Having produced a CAPEX plan with this information Smith Baxter have subsequently completed a programme of repair and redecoration works. Which came in on time and budget.
