An investment client instructed us to survey a mixed commercial and residential asset on Wimbledon High Street. Containing three 2 storey retail units with 3 storeys of residential flats above. Smith Baxter produced a detailed full structural building survey including budget costs for the identified remedial works as well as a separate fire reinstatement report. Firestopping issues were identified above the commercial suspended ceilings and wide spread issues with the external windows.
